While we strongly believe everyone should have a primary care physician, one of the many advantages of a group practice is you always have access to a physician if your primary is unavailable.

We treat you and your family with the latest technology in a cost-effective manner. When specialty care is needed, we refer to outstanding specialists throughout McHenry County and the greater Chicagoland area.

All Centegra Physician Care offices offer expanded hours on evenings and/or weekends as well as 24 hour emergency telephone coverage.

We are currently accepting new patients and participate in most insurance plans.
