Centegra Immediate Care Centers are designated to handle life’s minor medical emergencies and illnesses.

When you have a minor medical problem, you want to get treated and get on with life. It's the shortest route from "what's bothering you" to "all fixed up." You don't need to worry if you've never been to Centegra before. We'll make sure a record of your visit gets to your primary care doctor for any necessary follow-up even if he or she isn't on staff at Centegra. If you don't have a primary care physician we can help you find one.

An Immediate Care visit is billed just like a doctor's office visit, so no big ER bills. No appointment necessary. At Centegra Immediate Care, get in... get out... get better.

Centegra Immediate Care guarantees you or your loved one will be seen within 30 minutes from check-in or the visit is free. The 30-minute guarantee excludes lab fees, x-rays, immunizations and other services. Must be claimed at time of service.

Mon-Fri 8:00am - 8:00pm 
Sat-Sun 8:00am - 5:00pm
