The Center for Neurology in Crystal Lake is now part of Centegra Physician Care. Three board-certified physicians have joined the Centegra team. Dr. Benjamin Nager, Dr. Paul L. Grindstaff and Dr. Hsiong Chen continue to practice in their current location of 750 E. Terra Cotta, Crystal Lake.
